ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in 2025 and currently lead a small but energetic team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member for my brother’s agency, where I discovered my passion for building relationships and helping people protect what’s most important to them.

I earned my degree in Sports Management and bring that same team-focused, competitive spirit into my business. I’m married, have one dog, and outside of work I enjoy baseball, jazz music, and a good board game night. I’m an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce and look forward to continuing to get involved in community events and partnerships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Evan Streett - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
